BPN-TRACKPrivacy policy · for the Android app and the website app.bpntrack.com

BPN-TRACK is a vehicle tracking platform run by BPN Solutions, Raipur (Chhattisgarh), India. A customer installs a GPS device in their own vehicle and uses this app to see where it is, how it is driven, its fuel, its service reminders and its alerts. This page says what the app collects, why, and who can see it.

Last updated 11 October 2026.

What is collected

The app does not read your contacts, photos, messages or the phone's own location in the background. The phone's location is used only when you ask for it on the map ("my location"), with the phone's permission prompt.

Why it is used

Your data is not sold and is not used for advertising.

Who can see it

Customers never see each other's vehicles.

How long it is kept

Position history and reports are kept for the retention period of your plan (shown under Settings in the app, typically 12 months), then removed. Fuel photos follow the storage plan of your account. Your account details are kept while the account is active and removed within 90 days of its closure, except what billing law requires to be kept longer.

Your choices

Security

The connection is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Sign-in attempts are rate-limited. The server is in a cloud data centre with access limited to the operator.

Children

The service is for businesses and vehicle owners and is not directed at children under 18.
