Live GPS tracking of every vehicle
Every vehicle on one map and in a list, refreshed every few seconds.
- Moving, idle, stopped and offline vehicles at a glance, with filters and search commands such as fuel>50 or stopped>2h.
- The vehicle panel: speed, ignition, today's kilometres, the odometer, the fuel level and today's trips and stops.
- The full address of every vehicle: the village, the nearest big town and the street.

Fuel monitoring with a fuel level sensor
For a vehicle with a fuel sensor, the Fuel screen shows the tank level over the day, with the speed and the engine time on the same chart.
- Fills and suspected fuel loss marked on the chart and listed with the time, the place and the litres.
- Any day or range of dates, and a Refresh button for the newest readings.
- Sensor types in Configure include wired and Bluetooth fuel level sensors; ask us about yours.
Diesel theft alerts
Know when fuel goes missing, and where.
- A suspected loss is marked in red on the fuel chart, with its place, its litres and the readings around it.
- Street photos of the spot from the road, where pictures exist, and a proof you can copy or print.
- The alert reaches you as an app notification, and by SMS, WhatsApp or email when you switch those on.
- An event you know is not real (the tank was serviced) can be marked false and is left out of the totals.
Fuel tank calibration
The litres are only as right as the tank table.
- Enter the tank size and the calibration table — the sensor reading and the litres — by hand, or import a CSV or Excel file.
- The preview draws the table so you can check that the line rises smoothly before you save.
Fuel refill and drain reports, and every other report
